Tenterden Lions Club will be at The Big Cat Sanctuary in Smarden this week from Thursday to Sunday.
These four days are the only Open Days the sanctuary has during the year, so this may be your only chance to see their wonderful collection of big cats, up close. Entry is by ticket only, so if you have not already booked, please go to www.thebigcatsanctuary.org and book your tickets. The Big Cat Sanctuary is on the Headcorn to Smarden Road, TN27 8PJ.
The sanctuary has lots of facilities for the whole family to enjoy and on these four days there will be a
Bouncy Castle, a BBQ, Facepainting, arts and crafts and other stalls, plus a shop and cafe.
Currently the sanctuary is promoting Project Lion to raise funds for a variety of lion welfare and conservation activities. More details are on their website www.thebigcatsanctuary.org.
